A symbol to reinforce Axplora’s commitment to integrity
We are pleased to announce the launch of Axplora’s Code of Business Conduct, available in 4 languages (English, French, German, Italian) in digital format. This foundational document applies to all employees on all sites, from senior management to individual contributor, and provides guidance so that all employees act with integrity and in compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
To make sure that all employees fully align with the described rules and framework, Axplora will be rolling out e-learning sessions on several of the topics covered by the Code of Business Conduct. This learning approach aims to help employees understand and comply with applicable rules on a day-to-day basis.
An additional support tool – the Supplier Code of Conduct – is also launched to ensure our stakeholders and partners align their own practices with our compliance commitments.
