The Raubling site near Munich (Germany) is home to Axplora’s headquarters and a production facility for generic APIs and CDMO services. It was founded in 1946 with a generic pharmaceutical focus on different therapeutic areas such as anti-inflammatory, gastrointestinal, mucolytic, and anti-arrhythmic. Over 150 employees are involved in the development, scale-up, and manufacture of APIs with customized particle sizes and physical properties. The site has a unique expertise in operating electrochemistry and enzymatic reactions at multi-ton scale.

Located in Vizag (South India, Andhra Pradesh), this site was established in 2007. This state-of-the-art facility with 62,700 sqm space is dedicated to developing and manufacturing services for small-molecule generic APIs. A team of over 250 employees produces a range of commercial APIs for specific therapeutic areas such as anti-inflammatory, anti-hypertensive, diuretic, and multiple sclerosis. The site also supports our global CDMO services.

Located in Chennai (India’s east coast), this site was founded in 1994 to scale up and manufacture small molecule APIs, amino acids, and intermediates. With a qualified team of more than 200 employees, the site offers broad expertise in technologies such as electrochemical reactions and hydrogenation. More than 1,500 tons of small molecule APIs are produced each year.
