Scaling complex agrochemical actives requires safe handling of energetic chemistry and reliable industrial capacity. Novasep CDMO has decades of experience partnering with customers to deliver process development and manufacturing for agrochemical actives and intermediates. With deep synthetic expertise and a strong focus on sustainability, we ensure safe, efficient and compliant production. At our Leverkusen site, over 120 tonnes of sodium azide and azide reagents such as diphenylphosphoryl azide (DPPA) are processed annually, with campaigns up to 400 kg per batch and more than 3,000 batches completed under advanced safety controls.
