Innovation in lipid chemistry
Our lipid production combines industrial scale with advanced purification and process optimisation technologies. These include continuous multi-column chromatography (Varicol®/SMB) and semi-continuous single-column purification (Cyclojet), offering greater efficiency and scalability than traditional batch HPLC. Computer-aided simulation supports process design and optimisation, while extensive preparative chromatography capacity—including 25 preparative HPLC systems across Pompey (PPY), Chasse-sur-Rhône (CSR) and Mourenx (MRX)—ensures robust development and manufacturing.
